This comprehensive system is built around two core components: a student-facing portal and a powerful administrative backend, working together to create a seamless educational experience.

The student portal serves as a personalized hub for each user. Upon logging in, students are greeted with a dashboard that provides a clear overview of their academic progress, including their ranking, average scores, and a detailed marks distribution. From there, they can navigate to the All Classes section, a comprehensive catalog where they can browse and enroll in various courses, whether they're monthly sessions, individual lessons, or special extra classes. For a focused view of their studies, the My Classes and My Exams sections let them easily manage and track their enrolled courses and upcoming tests. A unique feature of the platform is the Recordings area, where students can request and access lesson recordings through a simple three-step process: submitting a request, paying the service fee, and finalizing the order. To ensure full transparency, the History section maintains a detailed record of their enrollment, payments, and recording requests, while the Settings page allows them to update their personal information and credentials.

Behind the scenes, the administrative backend provides instructors with complete control over the platform's content and users. The system's "Manage" pages give administrators a suite of tools, starting with Admins to manage other administrative accounts and Students to oversee a comprehensive list of all registered users, complete with search and status-checking functionalities. The Classes management tool is particularly powerful, allowing for the creation, editing, and viewing of all classes, including detailed information about enrollment counts, lesson lists, and class type. The backend also includes dedicated sections for managing Exams, tracking Payments, and generating Reports for financial and performance analysis. A standout feature is the Database management, which enables administrators to send targeted SMS messages to specific groups of users, such as all active students or those enrolled in a particular course. Lastly, the Exports function allows data to be easily downloaded for external use.
